Getting There

Frieze New York is located in Randall's Island Park. See the location on Google Maps.

There are many ways to get to the fair, including our highly recommended Frieze ferry and bus services. Please note, there is no self-parking on Randall's Island.

Frieze Ferry ($19 round-trip. Tickets only available online.)

  • The fastest and most scenic way to the fair!
  • East 35th Street ferry service every 30 minutes, taking 20 minutes (daily).
  • East 90th Street ferry service every 10 minutes, taking 5 minutes (weekdays only).
  • The East 90th Street ferry service doesn't run at the weekend.
  • Services run from 30 minutes before and after fair opening hours.
  • Free for children 12 and under when accompanied by an adult.

Frieze Bus ($8 round-trip. Tickets only available online.)

  • Buses depart every 10-15 minutes from outside the Guggenheim Museum on 88th Street, at the corner of 5th Avenue (daily).
  • Services run from 30 minutes before and after fair opening hours.
  • Free for children 12 and under when accompanied by an adult.


  • No self-parking is available on Randall’s Island. Handicap parking spaces are available for correctly permitted vehicles.
  • Very limited valet parking for $50 per day.
  • Free cellphone lot for chauffeured cars also available. Space is very limited, drivers need to stay with the cars.

Taxi/Black Car

  • 15 minutes from the Upper East Side, 30 minutes from Chelsea, dependent on traffic.
  • Taxis and black cars can drop and collect passengers at the North and South entrances to the fair.
  • We recommend downloading a local car service app, such as Uber.

On Foot/Bike

  • The 103rd Street Footbridge is open to pedestrians and cyclists 24/7. Bridge accessible at the East River Esplanade at 103rd Street and FDR Drive. Bike racks provided within the park.

Frieze transportation services are complimentary for all invited guests.

Randall’s Island Park is one of New York’s City’s most unique and multi-faceted public parks. Located in the middle of the City, the park comprises most of an island in the East River situated between Manhattan, The Bronx, and Queens.
